After car is at operating tempurature, white vapor from dipstick tube. When running rough idle. Just changed plugs, wires cap, rotor, power pack, fuel filter, maf and map sensor, radiator (defective) and new Delphi fuel pump. 134,000 miles. Any opinions pro or con on Sea Foam?

I'm thinking a head gasket is blown. White vapour could be antifreeze burning in the cylinders & a little blow by into the crank case.
When it's up to temp., in park & you rev it up does any white smoke come out the exhaust?
Not sure about the EGR valve because I've never worked with one, but look up how to clean it on here.

<edit> How much white vapor is coming out? Is it just for a few seconds & very minimal or does it stream out & get pumping out if the engine is running?
If it's just a few whisps I wouldn't worry about it, I think that's normal. If it's streaming out, then there are other issues as mentioned.
Search in forum for Sea Foam, there's a lot to read but generally depending on how you're intending to use it most give it the good ole Siskel & Ebert 2 Thumbs Up.

Could also be your upper intake is seeping coolant into the crankcase and the engine is boiling it off.

Could also be excessive blowby from bad rings, burnt valve, bad valve seat...etc etc etc.

Could be alot of things, start by having a compression test and leakdown test done. that will help you narrow down if it's a compression or headgasket problem or if you should look elsewhere.

Cars running great has power, runs almost like new. New Fuel pump. put Seafoam in what a difference. Now 156 miles later Im pulling a p0440 code what the F---. Any Ideas? can I make a smoke machine to see if there are any leaks and if not do you know what it cost to smoke the system?

Thanks
