My 01 blazer is having issues with the drivers side wiper. It skips over the windshield and does not wipe. I thought it were the blades so I replaced the blades. Just noticed that the arm isn't pushing enough pressure to keep the wiper down on the windshield. Will I need a new arm? If so where can I get one?

 

Might be corroded at the pivot, broken spring in the arm, etc. Most auto parts stores have arms, if that's what it needs.

 

Bought a new wiper arm and replaced. Thanks for the info. That resolved my problem!!
