I changed my intake gasket, it was blown in 3 places. now im getting a 1345 code, its the correlation between the crankshaft sensor and the camshaft sensor. it will set my light when its cold, but if i reset the light after my engine is warm it will stay off until it cools off and i start it again. it has a slightly rough idle about 500 in gear 600 out of gear, take off and it runs good. Any suggestions would be helpfull

Also when the engine is cold it wants to fall on its face a little when it shifts gears until it warms up, is this normal

 

You likely have to do a CASE relearn and/or CMP Retard procedure. Both require a Tech2 or equivalent full feature bi-directional scan tool.
