02 s10 volts drop at idle

02 s10 volts drop at idle
i have an s10 2002 blazer seems to loss power in volts when sitting at idle with ac on.
i changed the alt to a 160 amp also because of off roading lights
but seems to be doing the same thing i had the battery tested and its ok and had the alt test thats ok
but some reason when you put a load on like the ac the volt gauge drops to under 14 volts and my insterment display dims
no other lights dim
any help would be great
