04 Blazer Overheats on hill climbs

i got a new one from Napa for $140. Advance was the next lowest in Central AR.

Looks like it was the radiator cap. I removed the old one to find the seals cracked and the spring to be perminatly compressed. So i replaced it an just went on a 700mile trip with some good uphill driving and i never went over 210.
