1995 blazer 4.3 vortec
Ok my blazers idle does not change at all don't matter how hot or cold it is the rpm stays at idle at 600 rpm it could be 0 degrees outside and it doesn't high idle when you start it it starts runs rough for 3 seconds smooths out and idles at 600 rpm. what could cause this

Ehm... what? Any info on temperature building? Getting any codes? My advice, get a decent OBD scanner at first (like BAFX). Your post doesn't contain data to process or I am having the problem with parsing
