I have a 95 blazer and the heat stays on even in the off position. It blows out of the defrost and feet area. I just put new compressor and a belt and the system is charged. No matter what setting it is on it blows heat. The blower acts as it should. I followed all vacuum lines and there seems to be no leak but the 3 vacuum ball actuators behind dash dont operate. I can handle air coming from defrost and feet but i cant handle hot air. Someone please help.
