Default 1995 blazer LT problems

ok, so i just got this '95 blazer LT, body and frame are good, awesome vehicle right...but theres a few things wrong that im not sure how to figure out or fix. 1. turn signal/four ways: so, the guy had tape around the column covers over the four way button, and i noticed that while driving the signals would come on by itself, but if i just pushed down the four way button a little it would be fine, i unwrapped it and found the four way button snapped off, but if i take the tape off, the four ways are stuck on, and it has to be pushed in so far to be normal, so idk! need new turnsignal switch? but does the four way button come with that or is it seperate? 2. rear door hatch button works, but no release, neither does pushing the button on the gate. can only open from inside, and the key dont even go in the key hole on the gate. 3. rear wiper sprays but dont wipe...new wiper motor? 4. power seat dont work, i already read about that, wire under the carpet corroded, needs spliced right? 5. power mirrors dont work, now the passenger mirror is currently missing, is it not working because that one is missing and possibly not completing the circuit? or do i just need a new switch? all the fuses are good btw. please help because i cant find answers anywhere else...thanks, and this blazer is just a temporary ride till my credit gets better but the turnsignals are my biggest issue because of safety, could cause an accident if i dont watch them.

The power mirrors should be same power circuit, but separated by the toggle on the switch, so theoretically the drivers side should still work. Amazon has the power mirrors pretty cheap & the switch to control them too. If you don't pick up an OEM mirror somewhere like a scrap yard or dealer, then buy the Dorman version. The other brand mirrors available are cheap & will vibrate when you drive making them useless. If you need to replace the switch too, get the dorman version as well.
The rear gate sounds like it has a lot of issues. It might be easier to hit the scrap yard & get a whole back gate to scrounge parts off.
Can you just bypass the four way switch?

Yeah, it's possible. I would start with just the mirror though. If it doesn't start working with the other mirror added, then you know uoi need to replace the switch as well.

yea...well, i figured out that the turnsignal switch does need replaced, i work at a dealership in parts...and it is a chevy store, even with my discount OEM parts are more than aftermarket lol...but yea, first and foremost i need to get a mirror and the turnsignal switch replaced, safety hazards...
