Hello
I stumbled upon this website in hopes of pinpointing a solution to my issues.
A month ago my muffler broke so i replaced it with a new one. The same day i also did an oil change(used some lukas engine seal in there in case it has a leak). Then i also added radiator stop leak to Rad as preventative maintenance. Drove it for a few days and then while reversing it stalled for the first time. I have in the past 2 years replaced to spider/ the fuel pump/ tranny filter, front end etc. and have had no trouble since. The mechanic checked it when it was stalling couldnt find anything but i left it with him for a few days and he said all pressure (gas) (oil) are fine. I have replaced the in line fuel filter and it still stalls when i go to slow down. On the road it runs excellent with no power loss but in order to stop i have to put into neutral and keep a bit of gas on. The issue is when it stalls i have to crank it for 30 + seconds to get it to fire. - its gonna reck my starter quickly and so i need a fix. Ive read all about the ECM....but cant make much of it. Because it would restart immediatly i either have an electrical problem or a fuel delivery issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks - Dave
