1995 Mushy brakes

1995 Mushy brakes
Is this just a "typical" Blazer issue or is there something I can do about it? I have driven the Blazer when it had 10k on the clock (it was my Dad's) & the brakes felt mushy then....15 years & 150k miles later & they are really bad. Pads look okay & there is no air in the line. Will a replacement caliper help or is there some other easy fix?
