I have a 1996 4.3 one.
i have checked the spark plugs, the are .070 gapped, we have 95 octane unleaded fuel here, we dont have any 87, shall I gap back to .060 w/ 95 octane ? ( AC Delco plugs)
Also, I have spark plug cleaner which is media blasts the plug, ( the ones that harbour freight sells) , it this harmful for platinium plugs?
Thanks.

Don't clean the platinum plugs. Buy new AC/Delco and gap them at .060"
