Get the brake lights working first. There's a brake switch by the pedal that's cheap and easy to replace. Make sure all the fuses are good then see what the abs light does.

 

I took a look at the switch and there is 2 or3 wires busted out of there, no idea how that could happen but whatever!! As soon as I get the chance I’ll grab a new switch and the harness plug for it and give it a try, I’ll let you know in a few days how that goes
