Time has come to replace manifold gaskets. 154k. Two questions:
1) Any recommended replacement gaskets? I was going to use Felpro
2) Can anyone tell me where there are instructions for replacing these two gaskets? One is the top plenum gasket I believe and the other is the bottom one which is leaking.

Good Day! Yes go with the fel-pro:no trouble there! The job is kind of involved but if you have the basic apptitude and patience(and tools) you should be able to nail it!
Search this forum for the how-tos, espescially the distributor re-install! Take your time and if necessary take pictures! One of the most frustrating part of the dis-assembly was finding the bolt on the side of the block that finally allows one to move the PS assy away so you can access the last LF manifold bolt!
