Default 1997 Blazer #4 fuse blowing issue

Hi. My wife owns a 1997 Blazer 4wd.
She is having a constant problem with the #4 fuse blowing. I took it for a ride tonight and realized the fuses pops when turning right, and sometimes when turning left. It always pops turning right.
Would anyone know if this is the ignition switch causing it? Or what would be causing this since it only happens when turning.
I replaced the 4wd indicator switch this weekend, and that wasn't it. That is the piece located on right side of the front axle.
If it is not the ignition switch, would it be something in the driver's side door? It is slightly out of alignment (has been since she bought it).
I know there 13 or so things on this #4 fuse. I have the Haynes schematics and will be attempting to track it down this weekend if it is not the ignition or door.
Thanks in advance for your help.

My 98 Blazer #4 fuse is listed as being for the guages. Not sure about yours. Sounds to me like you may have a short in or about the turn signal switch.

Thanks for your reply.
The gauges are 1 part of the #4 fuse in the 1997. The gauge panel does go out when the fuse blows.
The thing with the turn signal is that she doesn't use it anymore when making a turn. When she used it, the fuse didn't blow.
It always happens when she is coming out of a turn or if she turns the wheel to tight. That's when the fuse blows.
And according to the mechanic she took it to, he said he checked for that and it wasn't it.
The mechanic checked the rear defroster, turn signal, the driver's side door, the 4wd activation switch, the 4wd connection on the transfer case, and the dash panel. He claims to have checked all this and said there was nothing wrong with any of this.

I had this happen when I changed my headlights, turns out i had snagged the turnsignal wire on the headlight housing and it had cut into the shielding. Id go ahead and look around any wiring you have previously worked on or around.

Thanks for that tip.
The only thing is, nothing has been changed since this started happening.
I will give it a run through and see though.
Thanks again.

Check up in the last frame cross member. Just because you do not have an actual plug on the end does not mean that there is not wiring in the back for a plug. There were two different wiring packages for trailer wiring offered. If you have a hitch, you could either have the heavy duty wiring (7 or 8 wires, can't remember which) or the light duty (4 wires, IIRC). If you did not have the factory hitch, you still may have the light duty harness.

There are RPO codes associated with this as well so you can check that out if looking up under the back of your truck does not work.
