i have a 1997 four wheel drive blazer. i dont have any vacuum at the actuator below the battery box. i put a new switch with the three vacuum hose to on new.the motor is locking in the front drive shaft.i do have vacuum at the switch .on my transmission i have a fitting that i dont know what it is or where it goes see pic.any in put would help thank you
