My first suspicions would be the Idle Air Control or the Throttle Position Sensor. Have these been checked?

Checked 'em and even tried new ones, no difference. Voltages were even in check. That was my first thought as well, but that doesn't seem to be it.

Alright, so a bit of an update. Took off the plenum cover, all looked decent, no real apparent washing or anything. But just to be cautious, took of the spider and cleaned it all up and cleaned the poppets/injectors since they were pretty dirty, cleaned up the fuel pressure regulator as well.
Pressurized the system and didn't notice any leaking or dripping. (Post 1 of... ?)

Once the key is off I drop all pressure within a few seconds. The other problem is my idle goes crazy.

Sensors all seem to check out, no vacuum leaks, but for some reason my IAC valve stays open. I can take the intake cover off the throttle body and see it just letting all the air in the world in.

It'll just stay there for 5 or 10 minutes at 3,000 RPM, until say I put my finger and cover half the vacuum inlet in the back of the throttle body.

Once I do that then the pintle of the IAC valve will drop to normal range. Any ideas?
