1998 Sonoma Highrider No Heat From Vents

1998 Sonoma Highrider No Heat From Vents
Recently had to change heater core & installed a new blower motor. I Have heat from everything except for the vents, blows cold air. Thought it might be the vaccum actuator part # 52489533, replaced it, still no heat from vents. Any help appreciated. Thanks
