1999 Blazer ZR2. The AC is not working. Where are the most common leaks?
I have checked the compressor by "jumping" the relay and the compressor started at once so i guess it is either no refridgerant or it may be the low pressure switch
I suppose it is the the low pressure switch that is shown here with a white arrow in the picture?

Now jumper the pressure switch to confirm thats the only problem. It would be best to do that with a set of gauges on the system and disconnect as soon as you see the pressures. Don't run it low on gas for an extended period.

Most sophisticated method is an electronic leak detector. Best old school methods - feel for oil residue and a few drops of dawn in a water spray bottle around everything with pressure in the system and look for bubbles.

If i am lucky there is only a "weak" o-ring. Thinking of the fact that the car had been standg unused for years before i bought it.
A friend of mine have a "sniffer" that detect leaks so will check it using that tool.
Looking at the connector for refill of refridgerant it looks like the connector that i have on my air tools. What is the connector called and is it the connector shown on the pictures below?
