UPDATE: I replaced my Crankshaft position sensor and for a day or two it was perfect, but now it's back to itself with the misfire.

 

Whenever you replace the crank sensor you HAVE to do a relearn. Basically it's your timing

 

Problem fixed :P Pulled the engine out and tore it down replaced all gaskets flushed the cooling system out and got her all cleaned up and it fired right up after getting it back in time :3 Runs like new, but took me a few weeks to get it all done
