Creedospeedo is on a distinguished road
Default 2000 4.3

I need some help with my 2000 4.3. I'm having issues with it starting. It has a new fuel pump, main fuel line, filter, and fuel pressure regulator. Once I get it started after 10 minutes of trying, it runs fine all day. However, when I let it sit overnight, it takes 10-15 minutes of cranking to get it to fire. What else could be the problem? Fuel pressure is good. I'm lost at this point. Don’t seem like it’s even a fuel problem my only issue is once it’s start it will start fine all day long and not give me issues it’s just when it sits overnight.

Without starting the truck, what is the 10 min leakdown pressure after key on?

What is the pressure during a failed starting attempt?

What brand is the new fuel pump?

Although the upgraded spider will run at lower pressures your looking for 55 psi+.
