Default 2000 Blazer 4.3 4X4 oil pressure gauge gone wild

as the title says it, i posted a video on youtube about 5 minutes long starting from a stop showing you about 45 seconds of what its doing only at idle, i stop one more time but i show you coasting in and out of gear higher rmps slowing to stops and all that stuff. heres the link: https://youtu.be/G7gc-51H7T4

ignore all the other lights, SES is a catalytic code because this truck has no cat and the abs is a broken abs cable. and as you may already know or will learn in this video, the fuel gauge is incredibly inaccurate because it jumps all over the place hence the low fuel light then over 1/4 tank of gas

im going to change the sending unit out unless someone can 100% say thats not my problem, but i know with these things it could be anything.

and sorry about the music i didnt realize it was that loud.

My Blazer does everything you described. It has to be common.

I would suggest replacing your oil pressure sensor. They are just under $20. You do need to pull the distributor to get it out though. I had the same issue with my 92 K1500, a new sensor took care of it right away.

I had the same thing...turned out to be a ground issue and not the gauge or sensor. As for the fuel...may be ground or bad sending unit in the tank. If it's a sticky sending unit many swear by Techron.
