2000 blazer fuel gauge pegged above full

2000 blazer fuel gauge pegged above full
I recently replaced my fuel filter and since the fuel gauge has been pegged above full. I have looked at all the wiring to see if there was any damage and can not see any. Any ideas on where to look would be helpfull.
