Default 2000 Blazer misses bad when engine is cold

I have a 2000 blazer, that has a severe miss when warming to operating temp. After reaching operating temp,he runs great.New plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor,EGR valve,TPS,IAC,MAP sensor, fuel filter.Everything installed right.Does not miss on idle, but does when driven, until warm.Any and all suggestions appreciated!!!!! Is it possible, the coil could be causing me problems when the engine is cold? Also,NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT,OR CODES COMING UP!!!

What brand of plugs, wires cap and rotor did you use? These motors can be fussy if AC Delco products are not used. Not to say you can't use anything else. I know my cap and rotor are not ACD, neither are my plugs and it runs great.

A miss is almost always electrical in my experience so you on are the right path IMO.

Try unplugging the MAF sensor to see if it helps. If it does then clean it with the correct cleaner. If not, I would start with a fuel pressure and leakdown test.

I just bought a used 1998 Blazer with 90,000 miles and it has this same problem... i.e.; starts OK and then misses when driving until it warms up and then it runs great. After reading the BlazerForum comments I removed and cleaned my MAF sensor with a MAF cleaner spray. That did not help. Next Step is to replace the MAF sensor with a new one. I'll report the results this weekend.

How many miles does she have?Have u ever changed out the coil since you`ve owned the blazer? What about the spider injectors..Are they original? If you would like you can test the coil to see if it`s bad or not.I`ve read where if your spider injectors are bad, you will have a miss with no code at all.
