Yes we are aware of what each terminal does, we have proper schematics for most of the systems we have been working with. We have retested everythng this morning and still the same results.

Then get specific. What terminals are the ones you think have power, but should not. Wire colors, locations, etc... If you really believe that the problem lies in wiring, you need to provide specifics.
