2000 blazer wont't start
I got a 2000 blazer, it won't start, its got plenty of battery. When I turn the key to on and jump the little lead and big lead(leads closet to the right front tire)on the solinoid, the truck starts. Also seems that when the truck sits outside for a while (4-5 hours / temp outside10-25 F) it wont start by simply turning the key over, I have to jump the solinoid. When I have it running for a while the truck will start just fine, no problems. I think it might be a park/neutral switch or the key startposition not making a switch. Any Ideas

So by jumping the terminals on the starter solenoid, you can get the truck to start and run...?
This could be an ignition switch problem or could be some other wiring issue... I assume you have checked all of your fuses...

yes, when I jump the solinoid I can get it running. The thing that I'm not clear on is that when the truck is warm it starts every time. When it sits in the cooler weather for 2-4 hours I have to jump the solinoid. If a fuse was bad it would do the same thing all the time wouldn't it?
