The accepted low is 55 psi. So you are a bit under it. Have you looked down the throttle body ? If the pressure regulator is bad the passenger side will look very clean and show signs of washing. Might just be a bad fuel filter. I would swap it out after testing the starter and looking down the throttle body.

The starter is fine... Everything in the inake is fine. Not sure what to do now

Did you try a new fuel filter?

I figured it out, I changed the fuel pump and got a cap n rotor off a running blazer. Fuel pump was ac Delco 339$ and the cap and rotor were free. Runs like a champ now! thanks for everyone's help!
