It is a ultrapower pump. Seems to run for a few months everytime the pump is changed.

Nice. Time for a genuine AC Delco or a genuine Delphi. If you buy online, be careful, the ads can be very deceiving and you'll think you're getting a genuine part, when in fact you end up with an el cheapo knock off pump.

I bought that pump from rockauto. It had a one year warranty. And they have sent me three under warranty. Is that normal? For them to go bad after only a few months? It costs me only a few bucks in shipping for the new pump so I guess I'll try and see if they will upgrade to a ac delco or what if they haven't sent a replacement yet....

Is that normal though? For them to go bad that fast? 3 pumps in 6 months?

yes its normal... Aftermarkets are just terrible... make sure to go with ac delco. Unless you like to drop your tank.

I Agree, perfectly normal for aftermarket junk pumps. That's why we recommend AC Delco or Delphi fuel pumps. "Unless you like to drop your tank" and pay for shipping every 3 months.
