Yes, depending on what year the Jimmy is. The 2-piece 4wd 4L60E transmissions are all the same in terms of controls & how they bolt up. You can use any 98+ transmission, but the newer the transmission, the higher the benefit from factory upgrades (revisions to part design, etc).
