Default 2000 Chevy blazer AC leaking

Hey I have a 2000 chevy blazer and the AC is leaking from the high pressure fitting. I have looked online but can not find a replacement part for that hose. Does anyone know of a source to order those? I am sure this is the only place it is leaking from because when I connect the mannifold and pull a vacuum on the high and low sides it holds for 30 minutes no problem but when I fill it up and take off the high pressure coupler it leaks from the fitting. It seems as though it it just not getting a good seal as it does not leak out very fast but it does still leak.
