Default 2001 4.3 in a 2000 4.3 Blazer

I have an opportunity to purchase a low mileage 4.3 from a recently totaled 2001 Blazer and want to know if it will work in my 2000 Blazer with a 4.3. They seem to look identical except for a few differences in the water pump. Will these engines interchange? If so what type of problems may I run into or what type of modifications will I need to make.

The new motor should swapped intact with its own ECU.
