About a year ago I had a problem with the blazer running. Bog down no power etc. I ran some high octane and injector cleaner and it ran good after about a week of treatment.

I recently ran it on e for a week and when I put fuel back in, it started acting up again. I ran some cleaner again and high octane and it began getting better. Tuesday I topped the tank off with some octane booster and couldn't drive away from the pumps. I towed it home and can only get in to run for a few seconds. Sometimes it will sput trying to run but dies. The fuel pumps runs and sometimes runs for a few seconds after it dies.

Is there some sensor that could be bad? I have a friend coming to check the pressure on the fuel line but any other ideas would be great!


Checked the the fuel pressure with a gauge and found it slowly dropping, immediately. So, it must be the spider injector which I will replace over the weekend. I did find a new one for $129... and change.

I could also smell fuel at the end of tailpipe.
