2003 2dr 4wd Blazer Won't take fuel

2003 2dr 4wd Blazer Won't take fuel

I have a 2003 2dr 4wd blazer that will only take a trickle of fuel at a time. I have been told it is the Fuel Tank Vent Valve. Where is that located?

It's on the gas tank, has a rubber hose going to it..Did you have it scanned? Is that how you know it's the vent?
