2004 Blazer parts "plenty" 2005 hard to find?
Hello members I'm new to the forums looked here and there did some searching around for help
Just bought a 2005 Chevy blazer 2Dr 4x4x base model under 180,000 kms
4x4 doesn't work ( working on that )
But I been looking for a 2" lift kit ( Key and shackles ) in or around $100 able to ship to Canada with no luck I find 2000-2004 or Trailblazer parts
even bought a aftermarket kit for my stereo install kit for Gm blazer 99-04 thinking it wouldn't matter by 1 year.. doesn't fit
Anyone with info on 2005 Blazers and links or point me in the right area would help a lot I know about the throttle butterfly shave for increased Hp and the 2 screws to rise the front end up abit any other tidbits ? Thank ahead Pictures to come soon

The 2005 is exactly the same as 1998-2004 for lifting. For a relatively inexpensive suspension lift the RC 2.5" lift is probably the best option. Body lifts give you more tire clearance and there's several good ones out there (Performance Accessories, BDS, etc).
FYI, shaving the diffuser off the throttle blade will not increase HP or torque. The only thing it does is makes your throttle more touchy so when you press the pedal it gets into the existing power with less pedal. I'm not saying it's a worthless mod. I think it's actually a good mod, especially considering it's free. Many people do it and love it. You should just understand that it's not going to magically add more power to your engine.
