I've been trying to find a new bumper for my 98 4 door. Been looking around junkyards near me, but not having any luck. The thing is the 98 - 04 bumpers are way more expensive and have been harder for me to find than the 95 - 97 ones. I know they are different designs but would it be possible to put a 95 - 97 rear bumper on my 98? I'd be willing to make a few modifications to get the bracket to fit if i had to, but I wanted to hear how compatible they are. has anyone else here done this? Thanks

 

If I remember correctly, the bumpers can be swapped (maybe with some modifications?) but you'll need to make sure to grab the brackets along with the bumper. As long as you're willing and capable of doing some modification/fabrication pretty much anything is possible with enough time, sweat, and money!
