4l60e?
Can anyone tell me which transmission i have by looking at these pictures? It's a pic of both left and right side at the transmission pan.
I am having overdrive issues and trying to find out whether it is a 4l60E 4l65E or 4l70E. Im thinking it is a 4l60E. it has 16 transmission pan bolts , anyways im trying to find the correct tcc solenoid. Its giving a TCC code. P0740.

The s-series trucks only came with the 4L60E. The last post you made listing your vehicle states that you have a 97 s-10 blazer which will have the 4L60E. Granted that post is from 2012 so if it's changed, please update us. Try to always include the year, make, model, and any other important details about your vehicle in your posts.
Besides, it says '4L60E' right in the 1st picture you posted. ;-)

The issue i am having is it kicks out of overdrive. I can be going 60mph and the rpms will go up and down a couple of times then it drops into drive and out of OD. When OD is out seems like i only have drive and no 1st 2nd and OD. Codes were P0740 P0755 P0758.
