Lug nut wise it will work both have 5 x 4.75 bolt pattern. But not sure why you want to put camaro rims on a blazer but you are going to have to give us more info. just saying but just cause the wheels are not stock it still doesnt tell us much.

but check link and TripleBlackBlazer's posts

I'll sell you my 2001-2002 silver Camaro SS 17x9s with next to new 255/70/17 Firestone Destination ATs for $900!

Edit: To answer your question, it depends on the wheel. Stock Camaro rims fit pretty well on a 4WD truck. If the aftermarket wheels are close to stock they really shouldn't stick out that much, of at all. My 17x9s stick out about a half inch to 1 inch more than stock. I think an 8" wide Camaro wheel would be fine.

Trimmed the rear of the front fenders and I have no front valence. 17x9 with a 255 tire. I rub frame at full lock. I think with ZR2 tbars and/or spacers I'd be ok. Haven't installed either yet so I can't say for sure.

8.5" wide rim with less than a 255 and you may be ok.
