4wd trouble

i have 98 s10 blazer when i push 4hi both lights for 4wd blink and it goes to 2hi.it will go into 4lo but not 4hi.could it be the relay under the dash or something else.sure seems it would be a common easy fix can anyone shed a little light on this one. thanxs mark351

what is the problem

what is the problem
I had the same problem with my 95 jimmy. Not sure if it's the same but I had to replace the encoder motor on the transfer case. Hope this helps.
