possibly the switch on the tcase is not giving vac to the line

well its up to you the posilock system is pretty decent

is there a way to do the same with the 4wheel actuator that does not have the dash mounted buttons but, the shift lever on floor?

if it has a vac actuator yes you can do it with that setup also
