i just got it and it was running great then al of the sudden the rpms just started dropping and it started to spuddering like it was out of gas and i let it sit for a while and its started back up again and i got it home and it quit just as soon as i got in the drive way and hasent started science so i changed the fuel pump and fuel filter thinking that would be the problem but it still wasent it so i changed the fuel injecters whitch is the spider injecters and and still nothing its not reading a code or any thing i have no other idea what it could be dose any one have any ideas oh and i ran new fuel line also so i know there r no blocks in the line

 

Ya sounds like that crappy side mount battery.... I love GM but i hate that battery... i myself am suffering from it too. I can drive my Blazer for like an hour but sometimes the RPMs go up and down then it dies when i'm stopped. Plus when I get in to start it sometimes i have to go shake the negative connection on it. I've had 2 S-10's and this in my first Blazer but on my second s-10 the actual conduit fell out of the batter and leaked it all over the carpet of the car i took to the store and ate a hole through it. If not the battery check the starter.

 

It could be the positive post on the ACDelco battery. Only a problem on certain years. Like Boder mentioned, the post breaks off instide the battery. Sometimes it leaks battery acid and sometimes it doesn't.

If your certain your battery is fine, then my next guess would be the ignition control module. Most autoparts stores will test it for free.
