Default 95 blazer 4 wheel drive issues and more >_<

ok i have a 1995 4 wheel drive chevy blazer and its got some issues,

to start off: electric transfer case, 3 button switch on the dash. the 4 wheel drive engages (i can actually hear the transfer case switching) but my front tires do not spin, i know people have said vacuum lines, i have read other posts in here about it. but can someone post some pictures of the lines i am looking for? i have a 3 way T on my drivers side, one line connects into a ball (looks like the hose is dry rotted) another line that seems to go under my vehicle (also dry rotted) and a 3rd line that is a bit bigger then the previous 2 and that one connects to nothing. does anyone know where i can get a diagram of the lines? or even pictures of which lines i am supposed to be looking for?

another issue i have is the heat only works on defrost, i dont even have floorboard heat. all the fan speeds works it just wont shift to mid vents or floorboards.

and a very small issue im assuming, my dome light stays on regardless of the position of the light switch (not talking about the map lights, i mean the actual light that is suppose to come on when you open the doors) i have removed the bulb, but whether the truck is on or off if the bulb is in place it is always on.

and last but not least, my cigarette lighter blows fuses whenever used, this is only when i use the actual lighter part, not if i were to plug in a cell phone charger or something.

if someone can help me with these, or even point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

ive been a chevy/gmc man all my life, fords are starting to look pretty good right now >_<

The 4x4 issue has been addressed in dozens of posts. Remove the battery and tray and you will see the actuator. Either it has a hole in it or the cable is frozen, also check the ported vacuum switch on top of the transfer case as these get stuck. It's a 20$ part at autozone.

The defrost problem is caused my a faulty vacuum switch close to the ball you described. It has three ports on it. Take it off and see if you can blow air both ways thru it. If you can its bad and needs to be replaced, also replace any rotted hoses as this will cause the vents not to work.

It sounds like you need a new lighter. As yours seems to have a short in it.
