95 blazer gas tank vacum line
My 95 S10 blazer has a vacum line that comes off the top of the gas tank, near the fuel pump lines. This vacum line is about 6 inches long, and then goes into a tee fitting. One end of the tee goes to a metal line and back to the EVAP Canister. The other end of the tee goes into a metal line that heades toward the front of the truck but rusted away and broke.
Does anybody know where this broken line is supposed to go? I can't find the rest of the line, and all the other fuel and vacum line are ok.
Thanks

Another vent
Louie,
I just pulled a gas tank on a 95 4 door and there are 2 vents. So that other line goes to the one on the top of the tank towards the front.
I am in the middle of a mess trying to replace my fuel lines which are rusted and pitted.

My line actually started leaking on top of the tank, so I had no choice but to replace. So far I have not been able to find the proper parts to do it. GM discontinued the part! I have cobbled together some rubber line replacement parts and a metal line repair kit I got at advanced auto. I am still having problems trying to connect the rubber to the metal without leaks. Also, I had to drop the tank to do all of this, I am going to take my parts to a hydraulic repair place on Tuesday and see if they can do something for me.
So, in short, I wouldn't go through this if I didnt have to. LOL
