is it normal for the the lights to go dim when i put up or down the window? also when i have my 4ways on flashing, that if i have the interior lights on at the same time. the lights go dim and then back to noramal, then dim then normal. like as if they were flashing. help?

 

It might be your alternator check your charging volts should be around 14 Volts

 

and / or the battery is weak check your battery cables and terminals make sure they are tight and clean.
