Default 95 Blazer Missing and Losing Power

I have a 95 Chevrolet Blazer (4.3 Litre) that was losing power. So I sent it to my Local Mechanic (Friend?) and he worked on it and brought it back. It sat for a month and then when I went to start it it had a dead miss but a little more power. When I questioned him what he did he couldn't remember whether he sent my heads to be redone or pulled a set off an engine he had in his junk yard. So I had another mechanic do a compression check and Cylinder 1: 100 Pounds of Compression, Cylinder 3 & 5: 150 Pounds of Compression, Cylinder 2: 150 Pounds of Compression, Cylinder 4: 110 Pounds of Compression, and Cylinder 6: 80 Pounds of Compression. So the second mechanic took them to a machinist who looked at them and immediately said the #6 Intake Valve was definite problem. Then when the machinist disassembled the heads he found stock valves in overside guides that had been installed in the heads the first mechanic had installed. Also several other valves were wore or damaged and a few seats needed to be replaced. By doing a Head Job it definitely will make a difference. But another question I have is when we took the Intake Manifold apart the Driver's Side of the bottom half of the Intake Manifold was cover with carbon. Then after further examination the runners on the 2,4, and 6 Side was covered with carbon. Is this caused by fuel that was no being burnt in the cylinders being pushed back around the valve. Also, the Spark Plug from Cylinder 6 had the Tip and the Electrode completly burnt off of it and the Cylinder 4 had the Tip burnt off. I have never seen a Spark Plug burnt like the Cylinder 6 Plug. The spider in the Intake was just recently replaced (less than 5,000 Miles ago) but is there any other modules or valves inside the two halfs of the Intake that should be inspected or replaced before reassembling. Any and all help is appreciated.
