95 blazer possible timing problems?? need help please

ok thank u very much. so it is a possibilty that the cmp may be acting up again. and getting some new heat grease behind my icm would be a good idea too right? thanks alot for your good info!!! and sorry about not editing
now that i think of it it does seem to be worse once the truck is warmed up after going down the highway. blazer has over 275,000 miles and i belive icm and coil all original

thanks ill try that tonight. did u see my edit on how i think it does get worse once warmed up? but the sluggish start seems to be timming like i need to twist the cap just a tad. but then it makes me think cmp cause when i removed my cap and installed new one the starter was not sluggish? this truck is crazy lol.

Could be a wiring fault... Intermittent problems are never fun to diagnose.
So hypothetically, the replacement of the CMP sensor would require the disconnection of the wiring which will move the wires around in the harness. This movement could have temporarily allowed for a broken wire to once again pass current properly, allowing the truck to run.
