Default 95 blazer runnability* issue

I just got a 95 Blazer from an auction. It had some pretty bad lot rot but drove fine. I have been changing fluids and filters over the past few days but I got in the Washington state snow storm so its been difficult.

Heres the issues I'm having.

First thing I noticed is that my 4x4 wont engage. I searched the forums and found some good advice but I am always looking for more. When I press the 4hi or 4low bottons, it will light up and I can hear a clicking but I do not have 4x4.

The second thing I noticed is, after driving just fine for 2 days, last night as I was on my way home I lost power. The engine would just cut out and then come back on. I know that its not the batterie or alternator and I read that it could be a relay. Now when I try to start her up she will start but then dies after 10-20 seconds.

Third, my heat is not strong. I can feel the air blowing but even on high it is very weak and not that hot.

If you couldn't tell, I'm a girl. And while I love to work on my own vehicles, I am new to working on a blazer and dont know where everything is. Can someone send me a link to any helpful diagrams so I can find said relay I may need to check.

Thanks for the help and ideas, Ashley.

4x4: not sure if the '95 Blazers still use vacuum for the trans case but I would check those hoses if they do.

Heater: could be a restriction in the heater core. Recheck the level and condition of your coolant.

As for engine cutting out I'm really not sure. >_>

I have 1995 S10 Blazer and I had to take the battery and battery tray out of the way because it located under it. The vacuum hose go to the actuator was burned off so I couldn't get no vacuum through the hose at all so I had to replaced it.
