95 blazer won't start

I'm going to check the fuelk lines tomorrow, the only thing I can think is the rubber end that connects to the pump is somehow kinked. once I get that straight do you have any tips on how to check the ECM?

The ECM has nothing to do with the excessive fuel pressure problem that you're experiencing.

Remove the return line, (5/16") at the rear of the intake manifold and attach a piece of rubber hose to the line that goes back to the tank. Remove the return line from the fuel pump module. Blow into the rubber line, there should be very little, if any, resistance.
