Default 96 4.3 won't start

Have a 96 s10 4.3 with about 140k miles.
Recently (2-3 months ago)changed plugs, cap, rotor, air and fuel filter.
Truck ran okay or as well as it always has after the tune up and filters.
The other day it started up, sounded normal, ran for about 5 minutes and then stalled.
Now it won't start at all.
It cranks over very well, has good spark at the plugs and about 60 psi fuel pressure and holds it for over 5 minutes.
There doesn't seem to be any fuel leaks on the manifold area so I don't think it's the spider.
The engine doesn't even seem to want to start.
I poured gas in the intake and even start fluid and still doesn't want to fire.
When you turn the key on all the dash lights come on as usual.
The check engine light has been off and on over the last few months and it seems to be related to an EVAP solenoid issue.
I don't have acces to a scan tool so i can't offer up any codes at this time.
Is there a troubleshooting flow chart that some one may have come up with?
Any help with this would be great.

What brand plugs/cap/rotor? I'd take the cap off and inspect everything & make sure nothing is broken...very common with cheaper grade ignition components.

I don't think it's the quality of the cap, plugs etc.. I have good spark at the plugs and good fuel pressure.

Your coil could be weak in the secondary. The factory original one will be riveted. That's an indication its never been replaced. Any white powder on the coil is an indication of a voltage leak. Its a good idea to have a spare coil for long trips in the country anyways. These engines will not run with a dead coil like the newer vehicles.
Your going to have to do a clear flood start if you replace the coil. You have probably flooded it pouring fuel down the TB.
