96 Blazer ABS Code C1281...Please Help!!
When I looked for this code I came up with a lot of different applications. ABS codes are specific to the ABS unit used and GM varied the ABS units across its product lines so this code may mean something different depending on the application.
I suggest you go to OBDII.com and put in your code, then find the trouble code description that matches your VIN, specifically you will need the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 10th digit of your VIN. Can't diagnose further without the trouble code defined and since it requires some more information on your truck... The ball is in your court.
