Ok, my 96 Blazer is running fine considering the 270K plus with very little maintenance (except the throttle body getting worn out), of course it's not a 4x4 either. If it is the fuel that is making your pumps go out, try using that "bad gas neutralizer" (I forget what it is called), unfortunately most car engines get eat-up from all the ethanol the government puts in the gas these days. But other than that, I can't help you with the rest of the fuel line tests and checks.

hi there! I put one of these Walbro Inline Fuel Pumps - Express Fuel Pumps (donīt remember whitch one of these) under my car. It was intented to be just for temporaly, but it has been there for 2 years now. I left orginal pump in tank also working. Just connected new pump in line with old one. Also I added new inline fuel filtter (mercedes W202). Now I must tear old away in tank, because it don't work at all, and I think it limits fuel flow from tank.

Sorry no photos at project. I also cutted fuel lines, and used fuel hose for easier assembly.
