Check the firing order on the engine, it's easy to get them confused

Pull one or more of your plugs to check for fouling. At 6 mpg I'm surprised you're not throwing a code. Even though you say the cap n rotor are good, take the cap off and clean the contact points. It's easy and can only help.

I took they off the pins arnt rounded or black just a bit white. I replaced a vacuum line going to the vacuum ball on the hood I have received 100 mile on just 1/2 tank of fuel as of this time. I need to get a diagram of the engine for what cylinders are what number.

The top of the cap is probably numbered. It should be in order like that.

The engine should be in the same order as the cap is.
